Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 cup whey protein powder
2 t baking powder
¼ t salt
¼ c butter, diced (cold)
1 egg
2 T softened cream cheese
⅓ c milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix first three ingredients. Add diced butter and cut in with a fork until crumbly. Whisk together egg, cream cheese, and milk. Add to dry ingredients just until moist. You can add a little more whey protein if it is too wet for drop biscuits. Drop onto buttered cookie sheet or pan. Bake 10-12 minutes until starting to brown.
