Biscuit Pudding
Ingredients:
4 - 6 leftover biscuits (Can substitute with keto style bread)
2 eggs
Vanilla powder or vanilla extract
Heavy cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Crumble biscuits in a bowl. Add eggs and vanilla. Add enough cream to moisten and let sit 10 minutes. Stir and add more cream to make the consistency a little soupy. Pour in buttered dish and bake until starting to brown about 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
