Butter Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 T butter

  • 2 oz cheese

  • Salt to taste

  • Onion powder to taste (optional)

  • Garlic powder to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine ground beef with your desired amount of salt. Optionally, add onion powder and/or garlic powder.

  3. Press a layer of beef into each of 12 muffin tin cups.

  4. Add a small amount of cheese and top with a layer of beef.

  5. Put a pat of butter on top of each burger. It is best to sit muffin tin on top of a cookie sheet.

  6. Bake at 375 until burgers are done.

  7. Remove from oven carefully. Put burgers on a plate and drizzle the melted fat from the muffin tin on the burgers.
