Spicy Beef Jerky

Ingredients:

1 pound of thinly sliced beef (such as top round or flank steak)

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon of hot sauce

1 tablespoon of honey

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Place the beef slices in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over the beef. Marinate the beef in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.

Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the beef slices on the prepared baking sheet, making sure that they are not touching.

Bake the beef for 4-6 hours, or until it is dry and slightly crispy. Allow the beef jerky to cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.

This recipe makes about 8 servings of spicy beef jerky. You can adjust the level of spiciness to your liking by using more or less hot sauce. Enjoy!
