Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter

  • ½ cup protein powder (whey powder or milk powder)


Instructions:

Heat butter in a skillet until it is brown with lots of bits in the bottom of the pan, stirring occasionally. When it is a nutty color, add protein powder and stir frequently until it reaches a brown, graham cracker-like color and a drier consistency. Press into pie pan or dish for cheesecake.
