Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or pork, browned

  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained

  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • 2 T water

  • Garlic powder, to taste

  • Onion powder, to taste

  • Salt, to taste

  • Shredded cheese


Instructions:

While the meat is browning, drain mushrooms and add to a buttered casserole dish. I drain ground pork but do not always drain grass-fed ground beef. Add cooked meat to casserole dish. Add water to eggs and beat. Pour eggs over meat and mushrooms. Season to taste. Add desired amount of shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F until browning on top, about 30 minutes.
