Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs
⅔ cup crushed pork rinds
½ cup parmesan cheese
Garlic powder, optional
Salt to taste
Strips of thin bacon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine meat with eggs, cheese, and seasonings, reserving some cheese for the top of the meatloaf. Top with strips of bacon and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 50 minutes. Turn on broiler for 5 minutes to crisp and brown bacon.
